By accessing or using CallFrame's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CallFrame provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist service that answers phone calls, books appointments, and manages customer interactions on behalf of your business. Our service operates 24/7 and includes call answering, appointment scheduling, SMS notifications, call recording, and dashboard analytics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new customers: if CallFrame doesn't book at least 5 appointments for your business within 30 days of going live, we'll provide a full refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No cancellation fees apply. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, your phone number and account data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

CallFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Call Recording Consent

By using our service, you acknowledge that calls handled by CallFrame may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local call recording laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
